Inventors Fair

"Sluurp!" Chester Greenwood was sloaching in his new lazy boy chair, in his home in Canada. With his hot creamy chocolate in his left hand. While his right hand was clutching a flyer, it read:
INVENTORS FAIR. A sigh came out of Chester but the fires crackling drowned out his huff. It was the annual Inventors Fair, which went around the world to find out who was the best. The competitors had to invent a new piece of technology that impressed the judges, to claim the fame and resources for new products. The Fair brought inventors that looked down on the rest of them, that's why Chester was disgusted.

But since it was held in his home country this year he might give it a shot, the competitions age was from 20-49 he was only 30, that gave him an advantage he thought; the younger the more imagination they have for their creations.

Chester got up and set his mug down, in his study room where his ideas were always brainstormed. He wrapped his luscious, blue dressing gown more tightly around him and found his green, fluffy slippers. With a pencil and paper in his grasp his quandary began." Sccrch" as pencil and paper met, from his mind onto a draft blue print, enough to start with. The flyer was on  his left as  he phoned up his friend in France; Martine Kempf. Who eagerly wanted to help and was planning to visit Chester next week anyway.

Martine Kempf had been with Chester for three days since he had flown in, they spent that time visiting tourist attractions and food. Like going to a maple syrup factory or skiing. The fourth day Martine had a look at the plan and concluded a list of materials needed and adjusted some points. With the list in Martines shirt pocket, they set off to the hardware stores. Chesters ginger, trimmed, short hair drew a few peoples attention as they drove past, which made him chuckle. They first went into SuperCheap autos, Chesters tall figure made it easier to spot what they needed. While Martines floppy, brown hair nodded a greeting whenever he looked down. Upon finding the electric wiring they carried it to the counter. Once they payed Chester stopped suddenly because Martines  medium bulk wedged him between the path the exit. They made it out but stumbled into a blond man.  "Thomas Wedgewood?" Chester states.
"Yes"
"Are you here for the Fair?" Martines accent came through.
"Truthfully I was but I don't have an idea for an invention. Since you know my name, I would like to know your names." He pulled his cap back on as if to hide his identity.
" Martine Kempf "
"Oh, the computer programmer?"
"Oui."
"My name is Chester Greenwood"
"Ahh! I see you have started." He gestures to the wiring in Chester's hand.
" Perhaps you would like to join us for the Fair? Your skills would be useful."
"Mmhm, certainly." He says with a smile, " perhaps we should talk this over with a drink?" Nodding to the Wild Beans cafe a little walk from the  hardware stores. They had to pass the petrol dockets on the way to the entrance.  Chester ordered a hot chocolate with cream on top. While Thomas and Martine had a cappachino." So what is the electric wiring for?" He said ass he breathed out, the smell of the cappachino floated in the air." It would have been easier if we brought the blue print but we didn't think we would need it."
"Perhaps we could fit time for you to visit?" Martine turned his head to Chester for approval. "Say, tomorrow at three?" Chester reaches for some paper on the table to scribble his address on. "That would do fine! Thankyou very much but I have to leave now. See you tomorrow." Thomas's green eyed gleamed with excitement and curiosity.
